Half-board includes buffet breakfast, four course dinner with the choice of the first and main course.

Guided wine-tasting introducing the Tuscan wine tradition (takes place before dinner) and includes four of the finest Tuscan wines accompanied by local Tuscan cheese, and assorted deli platter.
Complimentary entrance fee to the world famous thermal swimming pool SPA resort "Grotta Giusti" (15 minute walk/five minute drive from hotel)
Full day cooking program includes market visit to the "Old Market Place" in the centre of Montecatini Terme to purchase the ingredients for the cooking class.
Following the market visit, a guided tour of the town centre with a special visit of the Town Hall, and Tettuccio, the most beautiful spa establishment of the city.
Return to your Hotel for the cooking class.
The class is held in the historical part of the Villa underneath the medieval arch next to the antique fireplace. The beautiful fresh vegetable decor are used to embellish the room. Our hotel Chef will offer various culinary suggestions and practical demonstrations with the ingredients purchased at the market.
Followed by preparation of the first course gnocchi, with active participation of the guests, accompanied by fresh vegetables (purchased at the local market), and local sauces.
Followed by typical Tuscan main course as tagliata with rucola, pecorino cheese, and a delicious dessert as " Crema Fiorentina".
Upon completion of the course, the participants will have the opportunity to sit down and enjoy the menu they have prepared, accompanied by the local wines.
The final ending to a terrific day, includes the preparation and baking of the typical Tuscan medieval bread with fruit (apricots, wine grapes, figs), and is served for dinner with the best varieties of Tuscan cheeses, local chest nuts, acacia honey, and home made jams. All accompanied by DOCG Chianti wine.
