I've done multiple bookings with you this year. Each time, everything went smoothly without a hitch. Every request I've made, you did - it got done, and it got done right! I get so frustrated with other suppliers because I continually have to go back and check myself to make sure what I requested got done.

I love dealing with small "boutique suppliers" like Vacanza Destinations - who offer such specialized, hands-on service. I know it will be done and clients will be handled!

I just wanted to thank you for helping us organize our trip to Italy. We had a marvelous time, the trip to Sorrento staying at the Grand Hotel Excelsior was a very special treat (like stepping back in time) and of course the Villa Delia was wonderful particularly since Umberto was there.

Just want to let you know that your score so far is 2 out of 2. We had a wonderful stay in Cinque Terre. The villa degli argentiere is wonderful.

We met the 2 dogs Biaggio and Tobe as well as the staff of course. They are wonderful. Did not see Enrique as he was in their office all the time.

We got a larger car than you booked, but it was lovely. We just arrived at Riserva de Fizzano this afternoon and it is beautiful. Thank you so much. We also managed to learn the ITALIAN train system and the phone system. We think we can now manage to get anywhere. The Autostrada beat us though and we spent extra time getting here this afternoon. I think I have it figured out now though. I will see how I do tomorrow.

Hi Terri & Daniel,
Avis and I want to say "Thank you" so much for arranging a trip of a lifetime. We had the best vacation since we've been together. Daniel you did an outstanding job!

The highlites had to be Riamaggoire and the Villa La Sosta while in Firenze, besides all the wondeful sites we visited. It was so nice to have the days in Riamaggoire after Milan and the F1 race, which was also excellent! We had two days on the "Rocky Beach" at 28 C. Beautiful!

And it was a pleasure to return to Villa La Sosta after touring in Firenze. Like coming home. Hi-lite = seeing "David". Bonus, the car rental was a 6 speed Alfa Romeo! Wow, 160 kl/hour on the Auto route. Only BMW's, Mercedes and Jags passed us!
Again thank you both so much for arranging such an incredible trip for us.

I just wanted to take this opportunity to tell you that we had a wonderful vacation. You had worked with (our travel agent) here in Kamloops to arrange the various tours and cooking school experience for us in Florence, Tuscana Mia in Tuscany and finally in Rome. My mother and I had a lovely trip with no "bumps in the road" so to speak! Our drivers met us at the various train stations, hotels and airports. They were polite and thankfully able to negotiate the Italian traffic without incident! Wow, they must have angels on their shoulders because sometimes the traffic was pretty wild!

Our time with Paola and Simonetta at Podre de Rose cooking school was wonderful. The two sisters were friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. It was a lovely time spent with Paola's family and their father. It allowed us a real chance to experience Italian family life. Paola's husband is a "natural healer" and we met several of his clients and found the whole time there charming.

Our time in Rome was equally enjoyable. Our hotel (near the Trevi Fountain) was lovely and so conveniently located. The tours we went on were such a nice mixture of experience and travel time. We enjoyed our tour guides and their command of languages was amazing. Pompeii, Tivoli, the Vatican Museum and Imperial Rome tours were interesting and the schedule was perfect. My mother's favorite was Tivoli and I loved it all. We met some lovely people on the tours and shared meals and laughter with many of them.

We enjoyed a family meal last night with my parents and children, cooked completely from the recipes we learned at Tuscana Mia. My mother still is talking about our adventure and that makes me so happy as this is the first time just the two of us have been away together and it is a lovely memory for both of us! So thank you again for your efforts in planning our wonderful trip. I know that often all you will get feedback on is when things go badly. I just wanted to tell you that you made two women very happy and comfortable while traveling abroad.
